By placing an order via our website it is therefore notification that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions will be updated occasionally, please check these before making a purchase. All orders will be subject to the conditions set out below.
Please include the postage stated when adding the total of your order.
All orders of 4 x 907g upwards and 8 x 300g jars upwards are delivered via courier. Individual jars are sent via parcel post via Royal Mail with 3-5 working day delivery. If you wish to select next day signed for service please add a further £4.10 to your order balance.
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours from receipt of payment. However, at busy times of the year, please allow up to 5 working days.
Payment for your purchases may be made online via PayPal or by post with cheque or postal order.
To pay by cheque make your selection online and then select “cheque” payment in the shopping cart. Please make cheques payable to “Essence of Eden” writing your order number, card number, expiry date and issue number (switch only) on the back of the cheque, along with your home address and send to:- Essence of Eden, Royal Norton House, Brightwell Baldwin, Oxon OX49 5NX. We are unable to post out orders until cheques have cleared.
Your details are totally private with Essence of Eden, we never sell, rent or share your information with any third party.
In the unfortunate event that our product should reach you damaged in some way, please let us know immediately. For full refunds, the product should be returned to us well packaged. Once received we will issue a full refund. If you prefer a replacement jar, please inform us accordingly when you let us know about the damaged product. We will need to know the date of purchase, where you purchased from (if other than our website) along with the ID transaction number.
Please note we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items. We cannot be responsible for items that fail to reach us, so always obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage. If you feel our product or services have not met with your expectations, please communicate your comments or suggestions by either: e-mail, telephone or post.
We are unable to offer refunds on the Sheer Indulgence Aroma Oils due to the high cost of manufacture. Aroma oils can be liquefied by either standing in warm water, stored on a radiator/airing cupboard/hot water bottle or warm environment. The valve nozzle is designed to expel amount of liquefied aroma oil according to pressure applied. Brute force whilst oil is solid will damage the valve for which we are not responsible.
The oil will change in consistency due to varying temperatures. Sometimes it will be solid white, sometimes clear liquid or even half-way in between. Therefore, there will be seasonal slight variations in flavour and texture. Being an organic product means that we are unable to stabilise the flavour by adding enhancers. This is a natural process and is not detrimental to the product.
Business Hours and Holidays
Our business hours are 9am – 5pm UK time, Monday-Friday, excluding all English Bank Holidays. There will be periods, due to holidays, when there will not be anyone available to process your order immediately, but orders can be placed to be processed once the office is open.

We may cancel an order for any reason, for any item, at any time before delivery. Should the need arise, you will be notified of this action via email or telephone.
Any promotion will be limited to one use per customer and available while stocks last only. Offers are limited to one per customer on single purchase of 300g centrifuge only unless stated otherwise.
